CHEMISTRY AND FOOD TECHNOLOGIES

The essence of this field is to learn everything possible about the production of various kinds of foodstuffs and beverages. Those who embark on careers as food technologists engage in composition analyses and other assessments regarding the quality and wholesomeness of food and drink. Even with eyes closed you will be able to estimate the composition and amount of “E” additives in almost everything, and unlike others who read labels you will know full well what all that writing on the packaging really means. You will become so familiar with the legislation, management and marketing in food production and distribution facilities that nothing will surprise you at all regarding any aspect of these industries.
