| The project aims to ensure the conditions for the high-quality implementation of the newly accredited Radiological Assistance study program at the Faculty of Technology, Tomas Bata University in Zlín. Financial support enables the development of the necessary personnel and material infrastructure for the program, including the involvement of experts from healthcare facilities in the Zlín Region and the acquisition of specialized equipment and software for teaching. The program addresses the acute shortage of radiology assistants that the region has long faced and prepares graduates for immediate employment in outpatient and inpatient facilities in the fields of radiodiagnostics, radiotherapy, radiation oncology, and nuclear medicine. The unique integration of technical and clinical competencies within the Faculty of Technology will contribute to strengthening healthcare capacity and the sustainable development of the healthcare sector in the Zlín Region. |
