High-pressure capillary rheometer Rosand RH10
Device description:
The device is used for advanced rheological characterization of polymer melts and rubber compounds at high deformation rates. Temperature range: 30 – 400oC, maximum piston speed: 1200mm/min, maximum force: 100kN.
Key features:
- shear and extensional viscosity measurements (uniaxial and planar) using FreeFlow dies
- melt strength measurement using Haul-off system
- die swell measurement using Dual-axis laser and Melt cutter system
- measurement of the first and second normal stress differences using Slot die system
- evaluation of wall slip and flow stability
- determination of pVT diagrams
