Nuclear Magnetic Resonance JEOL 400 MHz
Instrument description:
NMR spectrometer operating at a frequency of 399.78 MHz for protons. Two-channel system with a high-frequency channel tunable for 1H or 19F (individually or in dual mode) and a low-frequency channel tunable from 31P to 15N, plus 39K and 109Ag. Equipped with a two-channel ROYAL HFX 5 mm probe and a JASTEC 400/54 mm superconducting magnet. The actual operating temperature range is –40°C to 150°C. z-Gradient up to 90 G/cm. Autosampler for 30 samples.
Key features:
- Measurement of liquid samples (solutions primarily in deuterated solvents, 5 mm diameter tubes, approximately 180 mm in length).
- Possible experiments: 1H{19F}, 19F{1H}, X{1H}, X{19F}, X{1H, 19F}
- 2D experiments: HH-COSY, HH-ROESY, HH-NOESY, HH-TOCSY, HH-EXSY, HX-HMBC, HX-HSQC, HX-2MBC,…
- Pseudo 2D experiments: DOSY, kinetic measurements
