UTB International Week 2024
25. April 2024Our university had the UTB International Week from April 8th to April 12th 2024. The whole week was packed with many events like the International Breakfast at the Faculty of Technology (FT) and the UTB International Festival. 
We hosted many guests from European universities. This was a great opportunity for them to observe our university’s facilities and discover Zlín as well as our region. The guests visited our faculties, had many workshops and discussions about the international relations agenda. They even tried the mineral waters in the nearby Luhačovice spa town.
Thursday’s afternoon was dedicated to touring the Faculty of Technology. Our guests checked out our departments and laboratories. They learned about the research done at FT. We discussed the possibilities for collaboration in student exchanges for studies and traineeships.
These meetings are important to get to know each other better, strengthen the collaboration, make new contacts and new partner universities.
