Impedance analyzer Agilent 4294A
Device description:
The Agilent 4294A impedance analyzer instrument allows (at laboratory temperature) to measure dielectric spectra using a dielectric measuring head and magnetic spectra using a magnetic head.
Key features:
– determination of complex permittivity in the frequency band 100 MHz-3GHz
– determination of magnetic permittivity in the frequency band 100 MHz-3GHz
– thickness of solid samples max. 3 mm, sample diameter 1,5 cm
– based on RC and RL circuit measurement method
– calculation of electrical modules
