Description of the device:
3-in-1 low-temperature food device Cook & Hold SMOKER – combined oven for slow cooking, smoking, keeping food warm
Key features:
- monitoring of measured food temperature values and operating mode
- 3 modes – baking food, keeping temperature and smoking
- smoking with hot or cold smoke, using wood chips
- temperature range for baking mode: 95–160 °C
- temperature range for holding mode: 35–90 °C
- selection of baking mode control by time or by temperature of the probe sensing the internal temperature of the product
- possibility of collecting HACCP data
- USB port for saving recipes and operating mode by date and time
