Description of the device:
3-in-1 low-temperature food device Cook & Hold SMOKER – combined oven for slow cooking, smoking, keeping food warm

Key features:

  • monitoring of measured food temperature values ​​and operating mode
  • 3 modes – baking food, keeping temperature and smoking
  • smoking with hot or cold smoke, using wood chips
  • temperature range for baking mode: 95–160 °C
  • temperature range for holding mode: 35–90 °C
  • selection of baking mode control by time or by temperature of the probe sensing the internal temperature of the product
  • possibility of collecting HACCP data
  • USB port for saving recipes and operating mode by date and time
