Ankom Fiber Analyzer

Description of the device:
The Ankom 200/220 device uses filter bag technology for the enzymatic determination of dietary fiber in foods.

Key features:

  • filter bag technology, which is resistant to hydroxides and acids, has a negligible ash content and does not absorb moisture
  • for fiber determination methods AOAC 991.43 and 985.29.
  • determination of crude fiber, acid detergent fiber, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent lignin
  • capacity up to 24 bags, hydrolysis and filtration process takes about 60 minutes
