SAXSpace System

Device Description:
SAXSpace is a laboratory system for SAXS studies. Its line-collimated beam is optimized for the analysis of isotropic samples with very short measurement times. It is used to determine size, size distribution, and domains on the nanoscale and is specifically designed for analyzing isotropic and colloidal samples. Point collimation allows the study of anisotropic structures and particle shapes.

Key Features:

  • Analyzes the structure of particles and macromolecular systems up to hundreds of nanometers.
  • Utilizes a fully evacuated multilayer optic and enhanced Kratky collimation for more precise results.
  • Offers holders for ambient and non-ambient studies.
