International Week 2018

During the week of 9 – 13. 4. 2018 we enjoyed the seventh anniversary of TBU‘s International Week. This year we invited international office staff members from abroad. Many foreign universities participated which enabled a unique opportunity to enhance our already existing partnerships and create new international partnerships with universities. Throughout the week there was an interesting program containing many workshops and other events. One example is the International Festival which was opened with a presentation by Tomislav Perko from Croatia. He delivered an inspiring speech named, What’s stopping YOU? We believe that this presentation motivated  many of our students to start traveling and studying abroad. The international students studying at TBU represented their countries, its traditions and culinary arts. While our students talked and gave presentations about their Erasmus experiences from abroad. A big thank you to Buddy System Zlín, a student organisation which helped organise this festival and which organises, with love, all events for international students in Zlín.
