ANKOM Daisy II Incubator

Description of the device:
The Ankom Daisy II device is used for in vitro digestibility determination in foods, to separate the undigested portion for further analysis.

Key features:

  • digestibility determined after hydrolysis by proteolytic enzymes pepsin and pancreatin
  • filter bag technology, which is resistant to the effects of hydroxides and acids, has a negligible ash content and does not absorb moisture
  • capacity of up to 100 bags in one determination
