Professional Rancimat 892 Metrohm

Description:
The accelerated oxidation and aging of suitable samples containing oxidizable fat, such as vegetable oils, butter, fats, cosmetic compositions, or foods like nuts or fried chips that produce short organic acids, are determined using the Professional Rancimat 892 device.
The basic adjustable parameters are the oxidation temperature and the airflow through the sample.

Properties:
Sample weight, liquid or solid: 2.5 to 3 grams.
Temperature range for determination: 50 °C to 220 °C.
Airflow rate: 1 L∙min⁻¹ to 25 L∙min⁻¹.
Conductivity measurement: 0 µS∙cm⁻¹ to 400 µS∙cm⁻¹.
